As an experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I offer online support to individuals and organisations across Merseyside and the UK. My therapeutic approach blends Person-Centred Therapy with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, helping people manage stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm and workplace pressures. Alongside individual therapy, I support managers and HR teams through psychologically informed consultation, helping to create healthier, more resilient working environments. The services below offer flexible, fully online options designed to integrate easily into your organisation’s wellbeing provision.

Employee Counselling (Online)

Employees can access confidential one-to-one counselling for work-related stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties, ADHD-related challenges, and other personal issues affecting wellbeing or job performance. Therapy sessions help employees develop coping strategies, build confidence, and improve emotional resilience.

Format:
• 50-minute online sessions (Zoom/Teams)
• Short-term model (6–12 sessions)
• Tailored to individual needs and goals

Pricing:
• £65 per session
• £600 for a block of 10 sessions

Wellbeing Consultancy for Managers & HR (Online)

This service offers managers and HR teams strategic psychological guidance to support employee well-being and address workplace challenges effectively.

Includes:
• Understanding mental health concerns in staff
• Guidance around burnout, emotional overload and resilience
• Advice on reasonable adjustments and wellbeing plans
• Support navigating conflict, complaints or return-to-work processes
• Input into simple wellbeing procedures or policy development

Format:
• 30 or 60-minute online consultations
• One-off guidance or retained monthly support

Pricing:
• £50 per 30 minutes
• £90 per 60 minutes
• Monthly retainers available (up to 3 hours)

Digital Wellbeing Resources

A range of downloadable wellbeing materials designed for employees and managers to access independently. Each resource is practical, easy to understand and written in a supportive tone that encourages psychological insight and self-care.

Examples:
• Managing stress and anxiety
• Grounding and calming techniques
• Burnout prevention and recovery
• ADHD at work: practical support
• Menopause support in the workplace
• Sleep and wellbeing guidance
• Emotional regulation tools and worksheets

• £30 per resource
• £100 for a pack of 5
• Custom and branded resources available

Mental Health First Aider Supervision (Online)

Reflective supervision for Mental Health First Aiders to help maintain confidence, clarity, healthy boundaries and emotional wellbeing. Sessions offer a supportive space to discuss challenging interactions, debrief after emotional conversations, and develop reflective practice.

Format:
• 60-minute online sessions
• One-to-one or small group supervision (up to 4 participants)

Pricing:
• £70 per session
• £100 for group supervision (up to 4)
